Artwork Requirements & Guidelines
Before proceeding with the production of the mock-up, we will prepare a product visual using the artwork provided by the client. We are able to provide simple layout design services free of charge.
To ensure that the final printed artwork is accurate, kindly follow the guidelines below:
Artwork File Requirements
We prefer to work with artworks in AI, EPS, or PSD file formats.
Kindly ensure that all artwork is vectorized, pathed, or rasterized accordingly.
Kindly ensure that all images used are at least 300 DPI (high resolution).
Kindly ensure that all images used in the artwork are properly embedded to avoid missing image links.
Kindly provide the Pantone color codes for the logo or artwork to ensure accurate color matching.
Kindly ensure that the bleed area provided is at least 3mm.
Mock-up Guidelines
Once artwork is confirmed and our official quotation invoice is endorsed, we will proceed with the production of the mock-up. At this stage, we will require a 50% deposit upon confirmation of the order.
The production time of the mock-up varies per product. The mock-up time and lead time are usually provided together with the quotation.
After the mock-up is completed, our sales team will send photos of the mock-up for the client to review and provide confirmation to proceed with mass production.
If a physical mock-up is required, an additional 7 days will be needed to ship the mock-up from our China office to our Singapore office. Once received, we will arrange for it to be delivered via courier on the next working day.
Upon completion of the mock-up, a mock-up fee may apply if there are any changes required to the artwork used for production. Kindly provide the Pantone color code for the logo or artwork to be used.
If the delivery deadline is tight, clients may choose to forgo the mock-up production and proceed directly to mass production upon confirmation of the visual.
Mass Production Guidelines
Upon confirmation of the mock-up, we will proceed with mass production.
At this stage, please note that we will not be able to make any changes to the artwork or other product specifications.
The production time varies per product. The mock-up time and lead time are usually provided together with the quotation.
Please note that the mock-up time is not included in the overall production lead time.
For urgent delivery deadlines, we may skip the mock-up stage and proceed directly with mass production. In such cases, the client must ensure that no further changes will be required after confirmation.
If time permits, photos of the first batch produced will be sent to the client for review.
Upon completion of mass production, our sales team based in China will visit the factory to carry out a quality check of the finished goods.
If necessary, photos of the mass-produced goods will be sent for client review and quality assurance purposes.
Once approved, our sales team in China will arrange for the goods to be delivered to our Singapore office.
In the event that any issues are found, we will first assess the situation based on the quantity of affected goods and the required delivery timeline. Based on these factors, we will provide suitable solutions for the client to choose from.
If there is sufficient time, the factory will produce a replacement batch to rectify the affected items.
Our production factory is based in China, and our China branch office oversees quality assurance during production. Once production is completed and quality checks are done, we will arrange for the goods to be delivered to our Singapore office.
Types of delivery available from China to Singapore:
• Sea shipping
• Air freight (economy / standard)
• FedEx air freight (urgent, higher cost)
Once the goods arrive at our Singapore office, we will contact the client to arrange the local delivery schedule. Please note that the balance payment will be required upon delivery. For government agencies, we offer 30-day credit payment terms.
Types of local delivery options:
• Delivery to one location or multiple locations
• Postal mail service (document-sized items)
• Courier service (small parcels)
Clients are also welcome to self-collect the goods from our office.
If clients require delivery to another country, we are able to arrange direct shipment from our China office.
International delivery:
• Global delivery services available upon request
Payment Terms
• 50% deposit upon confirmation of order (non-refundable)
• Deposit covers production, shipment, and delivery costs
• 50% balance payment upon delivery of goods
• Price includes printing, packaging, and free delivery to one location
• Any changes to artwork after confirmation of visual will incur a mock-up fee
• We accept payment via cheque and bank transfer
